As always we were welcomed by MD Bob Parker who discussed the fantastic opportunity that Forever offers. This reminds everyone of the amazing opportunity we have our hands on but also lets people taking a look at the business for the 1st time really see what the company is all about and just how life changing this can be.

Then throughout the day we saw recognitions for Supervisor, assistant manager, manager, and senior manager. And also rewards for Network professional, 4cc’s, Top recruiter and the Earned incentive (car plan).

As I made my way to the stage I felt physically sick, I was that nervous. Getting up in front of over 1000 distributors is very worrying- to me anyway. I was convinced i was going to trip over my heels, roll my way across the stage and land head first at Bob’s feet- I’m glad to say that never happened! As I waited to get up on stage all the leading distributors were there to congratulate us and say a big well done. It’s lovely that they do that- take the time and effort with everyone even those not in their down line. I got up on stage, received my pin/sash and got a shake of the hand and a kiss from the MD, Bob Parker. He offered praise and kind words but what exactly I cant remember as I was concentrating so hard on not making a fool of myself (I really was that nervous). Everyone in the team loves Bob and cheered very loudly, embarrassing me as we talked. Some people then gave their story which I know my team would have loved me to do but I was quite happy to not get chance. My excuse is that I’m saving it for when i make Manager in honesty I was a bit overwhelmed by it all. But as I said to one of my upline after If I’m going to continue to progress with my business I’m going to have to learn to love getting up there.

We had the amazing Mark Rhodes as the guest speaker. Mark is a successful Entrepreneur, business mentor, international speaker and trainer. He shows businesses how to massively improve their results with little or no extra effort. Mark inspired us to achieve our own business goals by using the same approaches, idea’s and techniques that contributed to his own success.

Many leaders in Forever also spoke during the day on subjects ranging from the new product Argi+ and FAB drink, the importance of training and finally the importance of profit share.

Following on from this, to end the day all the profit share achievers were recognised on stage. Every year Forever gives a percentage of the turnover (which is obviously higher than the profit) and put its into a pot for everyone to qualify to receive a payout cheque. How generous is that? especially when you see the size of the cheques and anyone in the company can qualify for this. It was great to see so many people on stage receiving their cheques and definitely made me determined to be one of those people as soon as possible.

What was amazing to me was to see Jayne Leech and John Curtis (No 1 distributors in the UK, leaders of the amazing QLS Group and my up line) collect the largest cheque given out in Europe a massive 540,777.11 euros. Now that is life changing especially when you think that this is a one off bonus for the year on top of their earnings, and can re-qualify next year for another one- Would this interest anyone else? It sure made my mouth water- the taste of financial freedom and success. John and Jayne work so hard and they really deserved this. It was lovely to hear their story and their wise words and also the audience erupt with applaud for them- a truly great moment that we can all aspire to be us in the future.

May 5th 2011 Saw another fantastic Warwick Tweet up, the sequel to the original #Warwicktweetup took the form of a quiz night. It was very successfully organised by the Warwick Tweet up committee- Todd of Underwood Wines, Christie (lanes Warwick) and Karen Massey Photography, and a big thank you and well done goes to them. Jo from Air Ambulance gave a talk on the Air Ambulance and the service it provides. What a fabulous charity to be raising money for.

The event was hosted by DaveSharpe (local faces) who took on the role of the official quiz master. He did amazingly well at keeping the night in order and the laughter flowing. His hosting skills were fantastic and after hearing a presentation of his at another event and having a business meeting with him last week can honestly say he’s very good at what he does!

Around 50 Tweeters were there on the night with many more following from their homes on twitter (thanks to Todd and his technology!). There was several fun quiz rounds including Re-tweets, Places in Warwick and a touchy-feely round, but the one that caused the most of a stir was the music intro’s round. My favourite by far- not for the arguments raised but because I love music, although worryingly I was better at the older music (as pointed out to me some many years before I was born!) than music that had been released in the last few years- I blame this on having to watch children’s programmes now rather than shaking my shimmy round a nightclub!

Our team ‘Foxy chicks’ consisted of @2businessmum @Staceyforever @FoxEvans @ChocolateLady01 and @Raring2goSWarks and ended up with Dave Sharpe providing us with the catchphrase for the evening “Foxy business chicks are forever raring to go” Well I’m happy to say we didn’t finish in last place- we didn’t finish first either but that really didn’t matter. We had an absolute great laugh (although I think @2businessmum (Laura Morris) and myself may get split up next time we were laughing that much!). And of course it gave us a fantastic opportunity to network and meet new local people and businesses. In-fact before the evening had even begun Karen Massey recommended me to someone who had been bitten by something and luckily I had a product to help funnily enough that same gentleman went on to win my raffle prize of a pamper evening- will he be brave enough to attend or will it be something passed onto the wife??? Then as if by magic all the photographers won each others prizes so I can’t wait to see photo’s from those shoots.

£316 was raised on the night for Air Ambulance and also details of #Warwicktweetup 3 was announced, to run on June 5th at the heroes run at Stoneleigh abbey and be the BIGGEST team participating. So please let myself know if you wish to participate and I will happily send you the information on becoming part of the #Warwicktweetup community and taking part in this event for such a worthwhile cause. I’m also happy to reveal that myself and @Callunatherapy will be offering leg massages to all our teams runners using our amazing aloe heat lotion. I will also be selling sports packs through the site and the profits from this will be donated to the Air Ambulance. Please come and show your support- I’ll need it- I don’t do running!!

Stacey x

Massive thankyou to Karen Massey for providing the photo’s for this blog- Please check out her work on the link in the blog her work is stuning.

In our business we are rewarded well for our hard work and have a great marketing plan in place so we know where we are headed. It’s taken me 9 months to achieve the first big stepping stone in our business and although I’d have loved it to happen quicker I’m happy with that. I’ve always run my business around my other commitments- a ‘day job’ (although I’ve now ‘sacked the boss’), two children under 3 and a husband that requires feeding three times a day. And this just proves to me that team marketing does work, that ordinary people can do it and if you work the business it really will work for you.

So how did I do it? Well I don’t like saying how did I do it because it really was a team effort. I’m sure everyone says that but it’s true. I have so many people to thank- My Up line- Sharon Bott and all of my team members who each helped me individually, but also my cross line who had no reason to help me did. I truly love this business and over the last two months have said repeatedly that I cannot believe the help I have received from people within Forever. There is no other business on the planet that would have co-workers helping each other the way Forever distributors help each other. In my experience if you mention your going for a promotion people can get quite funny with you with Forever it’s totally different- they support and help you in anyway possible including helping you with sales-Amazing!

So to get my promotion I needed 25 case credits over 2 months and here was me doing the company standard of 4 a month- how on earth was I going to do it? Well Since Christmas I’d been putting in extra activity and focusing a lot more on growing my business. In February I attended a Networking Mummies brainstorming event in Warwick and met a lovely lady called Debbie who worked at a local Skin Clinic. We got chatting and exchanged details. At the start of March Debbie called me and we met to discuss them stocking the Aloe Vera Gelly and using it after laser treatments and also selling it to there customers as aftercare. I’m happy to say they placed two large orders which gave me 9 case credits to start with- that’s when I decided to just go for it, I’d got 6 weeks to find 16 case credits so that’s when the hard work began. I love the start of this story because as you maybe aware I really believe in the power of networking and you never know who you will meet and what opportunities may come out of it.

For the last two weeks of March I did some launches, set up some one2one’s and got ready to launch new team members Brian and Theresa Smith and by the end of March I’d done over 10.5 case credits, a great base month for my promotion and leaving me 14.5 case credits to find in April. I was nervous I wouldn’t achieve it but had prepared lots of activity to make sure everything was in place.

On the 1st of April I signed Brian and Theresa to the team and we had a couple of successful business launches and events. I contacted each of my team members and offered incentives for hitting certain goals within the month and also let them all know I was going for ‘supervisor’ and that I couldn’t do it without their support. What I love is the fact they were not only helping to grow my business but their own businesses to which is just as important to me. All my active team members helped by placing orders and Brian and Theresa even hit over 4 case credits in their first month- brilliant. Towards the end of the month I signed my next new team member Amy Murray.

I did lots of networking events, spoke to lots of people about my business, did several pamper events and private pamper evenings. I focused on both finding new customers and continued to help existing customers. Towards the end of April I had nearly achieved my goal I was about 3 case credits off my target, but this is where many amazing people stepped in to help- as I said even people that wouldn’t benefit from my promotion. Several of my cross line and up line helped by placing orders with me rather than themselves and I’m so happy to say that thanks to their generosity and help and a lot of last minute orders from friends outside the business that wanted to see me achieve this goal (I have to mention Laura Morris here as she has been a massive support calling me everyday for an update!) I hit my 25 case credit goal and moved up the marketing plan. YAY

I’m now looking forward to having this achievement recognised at the Forever success day on may 21st 2011 at Cheltenham race course, although I know I will be very nervous about getting up on stage in front of so many people.

On the 1st April 2011 I signed my next team members, Brian and Theresa Smith- Husband and wife from Radford Semele, Warwickshire. I met Theresa at a brainstorming event for Networking group Networking Mummies Warwickshire. I was discussing the fact that I needed more people to practise my one2one presentation on and Theresa informed me she’d briefly looked into the business opportunity several months ago and would gladly take a look for me. We met up for a coffee that week and I went through the presentation with her and answered her questions she had and also asked her what she was looking for from Forever. What I found was that Theresa and myself was more alike than different as she to wanted to provide a secure future for her children and not have to worry about school fees, holidays or anything else the children might need and want growing up.

Theresa is an entrepeneur and has already set up two businesses- 1 is co-owned by her sister and is an event management company called Taylor Made Events the 2nd is Serenity support services which is based on coaching and supporting clients. I think Forever will fit in fantastically around these two businesses and compliment them fantastically.Brian is in the care industry and is probably the most enthusiastic person I’ve met! He totally gets the opportunity that Forever can offer his family and is ready to work hard to get great results. They have both embraced the products and both are feeling the health benefits from different products.

I’ve had great fun with Theresa and Brian this month helping them do a number of successful business launches including a very successful toning wrap party. We’ve also put plans in place to meet their goals and get them to where they want to be.  In their first month they have hit their 4 case credits (which is the company standard), attended trainings and helped me to achieve a promotion up the marketing plan!!!!

Dear Forever Friends:

Like all of you, I have been stunned by the recent events in Japan. I recall waking early to the news that there had been a massive earthquake just off the northeastern coast of Japan. My first reaction when I hear of disasters and troubles throughout the world is to do a quick mental inventory of where our staff and distributors are. I recalled immediately that we have large numbers of dedicated distributors that live in the affected area, and we began the process of trying to locate our Country Manager in Japan to see what was happening and how we could help. Rjay Lloyd and his wife Annie were also in Tokyo, and after a nervous couple of hours we were able to contact them and get an assessment of their safety and the situation there. Over 300km south of where the earthquake struck, Rjay and Annie felt the quake, which still registered over 7 on the Richter Scale at the office in Toyko. He told us buildings were swaying over 18” off center. Thankfully our office in Tokyo suffered only superficial damage and no one was hurt. However, it quickly became apparent that this was more than ‘another earthquake’. It was a defining moment in world history. With the advice of our team in Tokyo, we reluctantly made the decision to postpone the Japanese Rally that was scheduled for the next week. With this decision made we were able to focus our efforts on doing what we could to help.

Miraculously, we are able to report that so far we have heard of no loss of life amongst our distributors. Sadly, though, many have lost their homes and ALL of their possessions; in some instances, their entire villages have been washed away. Obviously this level of devastation has created a massive need for humanitarian assistance, and I am proud to let you know that Forever has not been standing by. We immediately emptied our warehouse there of our products and gave them to our distributors, who have been an excellent distribution network making sure the product is getting to the people in need. We have sent truckloads of products, food and water from the south up to the stricken areas. Just yesterday we sent two more truckloads of food and water to those in need. We will continue to do what we can to help. But, without your help, we can only do so much.

As members of our extended Forever family, we are requesting that you join us in supporting Forever Japan as they join the humanitarian relief efforts in their country. We are confident that if each one of us gives what money we can to the Forever Giving Japanese Relief Effort, we will be able to achieve our goal of raising 25million YEN. If we achieve this goal, Rex has committed to matching this amount, which means that Forever Giving would donate 50million YEN to the relief efforts. Forever Giving has also guaranteed that 100% of the funds donated will reach Japan. With the help of Forever Japan, Forever Giving is currently searching for trustworthy and reliable partners to work with that will enable us to get the right assistance to those that need it the most.

Please visit www.forever-giving.org now and give what you can. We understand there are needs throughout the world and appreciate that it might not be a good time to give to another ‘cause’. However, all we ask is that you give what you can. The amount is not important; what is important is that we give something.

Thanks for Joining Us,

Gregg Maughan
President

I think you’ll agree this is an amazing gesture by the company and just goes to show FOREVER really is about helping others…

As I mentioned in my previous post this month I’ve been focusing on a product that I think really could benefit anyone with school age children. My daughter started pre-school in January and has had the dreaded ‘check for head lice’ letter that goes out to all children at all schools. I have to say since then I’ve become a bit obsessive about it- the last thing I want is my daughter coming home with them!

I distributed health care leaflets to her school at the start of the month offering a natural alternative to those horrid smelling, chemical based potions my mum used to use on me and my siblings. I really wouldn’t want my kids to go through that- they burn, they smell and they make you feel yuck! I offered to give the school 10% of the sales as I like the idea of putting something back into Mackenzie’s school. After I sent out the leaflets describing the product and it’s benefits, I thought I’d better give it a go- I love the fact my work is based on recommendations not selling. I’ve used the Forever Aloe Gelly for so many different things that I’m always recommending it to people, but my daughter has never had nits so i hadn’t used it in this way. Many people have told me how great it was for this and how easy to use but I still thought that I wanted to try it for myself.

Don’t worry this is not the part where I say I grabbed a child with nits and made them try it or that I made my daughter catch them so I could treat them- I’m not that obsessed or mad! But I did decide to try it on Mackenzie as if she’d got them so at least I could answer people from my own point of view about how easy it was to apply. Mackenzie loved the idea of getting to use more of “mummies magic creams” and getting her hair played with! So I took a tube of the Aloe Vera Gelly and rubbed it into the roots of my daughters hair and once that was done covered the remainder of the length of hair- I only needed a small amount even though my daughter has curly hair longer than shoulder length, I used hardly any of the tube so value for money here is amazing. When you think you pay around £12-£15 for a bottle of that chemical stuff (I’ll mention no names!) and you only get 1 application and then you compare it to the Aloe Vera Gelly which is under £12 and to be honest you’d get so many applications from it I wouldn’t like to say how many- obviously it depends on hair length and the other bonus is it can be used on all other things as well internally or externally- It really is a no brainer! We then brushed a nit comb through it and tied it up into high piggie tails and plaited them.

Now I know this is going of the subject a bit but what a fantastic natural hair gel it made! As i said earlier my little madam’s hair is curly so 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t matter how I style it it looks like she’s put her fingers in a plug socket! but after using the Gelly there was not a hair out of place and it stayed like that all night (as I got her to leave it in overnight). The next day we undid her hair, brushed it through with the nit comb again and then washed her hair using the Aloe shampoo and conditioner and then used the nit comb again.

The results…. Now as I said she didn’t have nits to start with so I can’t comment on that but the softness and manageability of her hair was amazing. It had brought out the shine (all natural as there is no fillers etc in the products), the curls looked beautiful for once and there was definately no knots! I really was over the moon with the results and so was Mackenzie who in her words “Looked like a princess”

I have had testimonials from people telling me that using the Forever shampoo and conditioner is enough to prevent head lice and I do use it as a preventative on my children’s hair, but I have some wonderful feedback from customers telling me about the Gelly as a way to

eradicate them. I hope this has shed some light or at least brought a smile to your face while discussing a subject that none of us would rather have to deal with!

Stacey and (Mackenzie) x

Hello All- First I’m going to apologise to everyone for not writing in a while. I’ve been so busy I hadn’t realised it had been so long until I saw a comment on here from someone saying they wish I posted as often as I used to- so my promise is I will try too!

Here at the StaceyCalder.co.uk headquarters It was a very hands on month last month so I think I’ll tell you all about it and you can judge for yourself.

  • YOUR IMAGE IS OUR BUSINESS WORKSHOP

On the 3rd April we attended a great networking workshop co-run by Sally Evans photography and Laura Morris of Rentabuggy and Networking Mummies. The ‘Your Image is our business’ workshop was a fantastic idea. It involved a short presentation about giving the right company image followed by the chance to have some professional business shots taken for your website/business page. I’m pleased to say that I provided the Sonya Make up collection for make up artist Amy Murray to use before the ladies went in front of the camera. We received some great feedback from the event and it’s always lovely to meet new faces!

  • PTA MEETINGS AT LOCAL SCHOOL

We’ve also been getting to know the PTA at my daughters school this month. My daughter Mackenzie started pre-school in January and since then I’ve been attending meetings to try and help come up with idea’s and events to raise money for the school. This month I doubled my efforts and came up with two ways staceycalder.co.uk could help. The first idea got me printing and distributing leaflets for every child in the school (around 210) offering a natural alternative to the horrid smelling, chemical full nit lotions available in the shops- lets face it there’s nothing worse than getting the dreaded ‘head lice leaflet’ in the book bag- I know over the last few months my daughter has had her hair checked constantly as I cannot stand the thought of her catching head lice at school! I offered the school PTA 10% of the sales for every order placed as a thank you. If your interested in a product for this subject I really recommend the Forever Aloe gelly left in the hair overnight, but I’m going to write a separate blog on this subject and go into more details. My other idea to raise money for St Patricks school was to hold a pamper morning or evening and offer teachers and parents the chance to come and experience some of my treatments such as the facials, toning wraps and hand massages. We are currently looking at packages and dates so more information on this will follow…

  • SHOW AND TELL NETWORKING MUMMIES MEETING

I’ve been to Leicester this month to a networking event where the topic was ‘show and tell’ well I don’t think I ever did this even at school as the thought of getting up in front of people and presenting something used to scare me to death, I’m not so bad now but it still gives me the shakes and butterflies in my stomach! After speaking to several people I decided as it was a networking group of business mums i would show off 4 of my favourite and most popular products amongst that group of customers. I discussed the benefits of the Aloe deodorant stick (no aluminium salts), the Forever tooth gel (no fluoride), Bee Pollen (known in our team as legal speed as it boosts energy!) and my most popular product amongst mums the forever Aloe Gelly. I must have presented it okay as I got 2 sales there and then!

  • FLYERS/CARDING/LEAFLET DROPS

We’ve spent alot of time this month (helped greatly by the sunshine) going around local housing estates and advertising the business. Local people have had events flyers, help cards and advertising magazine’s dropped through their door and I have to say I’ve been really pleased with the response I’ve had. On several occasions I’ve had people call me straight away and I’ve literally still been going door to door! I shouldn’t be shocked by the extra response because lets face it in winter when it was cold, wet and snowing I wasn’t doing half the activity in this area that i did last month so of course my response would have increased!

On top of this I’ve organised some amazing events and had some brilliant business one2one’s- one has resulted in a new team member and one on an amazing company placing a fantastic order with me- but I shall blog about this on a separate blog.

Well all that activity paid off as I managed to get in a great month and am pleased to say I achieved a base month for my next marketing plan ‘promotion’ so now all I need is an Amazing April!

While i've been busy building my business over the last few months I have found myself using more and more social media to help me do this. I have to admit up until a few weeks ago I was a big fan of Facebook for reaching a wide audience but couldn’t see much point in Twitter. Why? Because I hadn’t realised what a fantastic business tool I had infront of me! A good friend of mine had been gently pushing me in that direction for a while and a couple of weeks ago I decided I really needed to give it a go- properly.

Thanks to following local people from local networking groups like Networking mummies I soon started to hear about local people wanting to meet up for a coffee- wanting to put a face to the tweet. Great idea I thought. What I didn’t realise is just how much this idea would take off over the next few weeks and how many people wanted to be involved. Infact I didn’t really think about it again until I was at an event and somebody mentioned it. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing. This small meet up had now become a massive event and I was told by two networking friends I needed to be there- I wasn’t going to argue!

I logged into Twitter and had to do a little plea with Todd from Underwood Wines (who was now being called #LordTodd!) to get myself on the guest list and luckily he was nice enough to squeeze me in. What had started as a cup of coffee between a couple of businesses now had a guest list of around 90 people. I was amazed.

So on Monday 7th March Laura Morris @2businessmum and myself (@staceyforever) went to @Laneswarwick for the now infamous #Warwicktweetup. We were greeted by #LordTodd himself and were given name badges with our twitter names on. We went in to find a fantastic banner hanging in the entrance and was promptly handed a glass of bubbles.

Over the next few hours we networked with other people and put faces to Twitter names. Although there were several comments about my twitter picture being an Aloe plant not me, so I promised to change it once home. Lanes Restaurant provided fantastic canapes, @cupcakedaisyUK provided stunning cupcakes with the ‘Twitter’ Bird theme on them- beautiful. Then there was even a raffle to raise funds for Myton Hospice. I was thrilled when I won a six case of Prosecco! Not bad for someone that had squeezed onto the guest list.

It was a great night of networking and I met some fantastic people who I’m hoping to work with in the near future. I didn’t get chance to speak to everyone but I’m looking forward to meeting them at #Warwicktweetup 2.

As we left we were given goody bags (thanks to @stiffwhitecard) crammed full of items and discounts from the local businesses attending. Also a special mention to @liquidblu_ for creating the brillant #warwicktweetup logo.

A massive well done and thankyou needs to go to @underwoodwines and @laneswarwick for organising such a fantastic event. To find out more about this event and the next #Warwicktweetup visit the website that is now up and running-‘Warwick Tweet Up’s’

This event has made me realise just how fantastic Twitter is for building contacts and your business. Thanks to All..

Over the last few weeks I’ve been chatting to a lovely lady over in the US (thanks to social media networks now making this very easy!). She doesn’t work with Forever like myself but does work in Team/Network Marketing and has a great story to tell. People sometimes look at this way of business and think it’s a con or that it doesn’t work. Hopefully Shanna’s story will help to show people it really can change lives, I like the fact it’s not a Forever colleague as I think it then shows that it’s genuine. Big thank you to Shanna for sharing her beautiful story with us….

“My story may sound similar to others but it’s very special to me.

I signed up with a direct marketing company on September 29, 2008, when I was 5 months pregnant with my youngest child.  With two children at home already, and 2 others that we share custody, my husband trying to make a go of our business in a struggling economy, I knew that any extra income would help our family.  I set a goal and begin working hard to reach it.

To my surprise; MY business took off VERY QUICKLY!  People wanted something to brighten up their homes and lives, in a world of stress and cloudy days.   My goal was to simply sell the product, my focus was not on recruiting.  I knew what I needed to sell, to make my monthly goal, to provide that extra boost to our family budget.

After my “Launch Party” to introduce my new business, I quickly learned that this was MUCH more than just an extra $600 (USD) per month.  It could be SO much more.  People were seeing my success, my passion for the product, and they wanted what I had.  A life-changing opportunity! Building a team of consultants, or “downline” has been the easiest part for me.   Because I realized what I was sharing was a blessing not a burden that I was offering them.

With my company, I have been able to create an income to replace that of my “real job”, pay off debt, save for my children’s secondary education, and most recently paid cash for my daughter’s orthodontics (braces).   What a great sense of accomplishment it has been for me, to be able to help my family!

And it’s not just about the financial blessing, this small town girl, has been able to travel to places I never dreamed that I would have the opportunity.  My husband and I have been on an Alaskian Cruise, Canada, The Bahamas, earned an all expense paid trip to Hawaii, and my children and I are headed to Disney World in June… all because of the company.

I have been involved with other direct marketing companies before, and I think they are also wonderful companies, just not the right one for me!   The most important thing about anything you do in life is to be passionate about what you are doing!  With ANY Direct Marketing Company, it’s loving the product, believing in the company, and deciding what YOU want out of it, and developing a plan to reach your goal.

When talking to other successful consultants within my company as well as other Direct Marketing Companies, the secret to their success if very similar, they LOVE what they do!

I never dreamed when I invested that $99 (USD), that it would change not only MY life, but my family, and so many lives that have been changed, because I was able to share the blessing with them too.

What are you waiting for?”
